One account, start to finish. Four parts of the system each do one job, and you approve anything that goes out under your name.
Scout scores it
It starts with a public record.
Scout reads new DoD contract awards from USAspending.gov for the states you serve, scores each one, and finds the person who signs for IT or security. Every reason is marked Observed or Inferred. The award data doesn't show the CMMC clause, so we never say it does.
What we do not watch: cyber-insurance renewal dates and SOC 2 audit timing. Neither is externally observable, so we don't claim to see them. Breach notices, job postings and business filings are public, but we do not read them yet.

Triage reads the reply
Replies are sorted. The important ones come to you.
Triage classifies each reply as interested, not interested, meeting booked, question or out of office. Interest, questions and anything it isn't sure about go to a person. A reply that books a meeting creates it for your team to confirm.

The decision log
If the chain doesn't hold, you don't pay.
Every meeting comes with its log: what Scout saw, what was sent and when, what came back, and who decided each step. A meeting is billed only when the chain holds: our signal, then our first email, then their reply, then the meeting.
